From different pasts, different backgrounds and different professional activities, 9 people join together in the same passion, one that would unite them for the greatest purpose of letting the world know the olive oil from Trás-os-Montes.
A history that began more than 100 years ago, where the familiar ancestral tradition of know-how is still being perpetuated and constantly cherished from generation to generation, with quality as an omnipresent characteristic, where advantage is taken of the best of these arts and knowledge but where also present technologies are being intro- duced in a careful and environmentally friendly manner to enhance “what we produce and how we produce it”.

Mont’Alverne is an Olive Oil born from the will to create high quality and unique olive oil. Francisco, a marine biologist, decided to dedicate im self to the production of Olive Oil, an endeavour deep within the family roots for the past 6 generations.
